Our Story:
Restoring Trust in Roofing
I founded Roof Roof New England Roofing to answer a simple but overlooked need in our community: the need for a contractor who actually does what they say they will do.
With over 30 years of experience—not just in roofing, but in designing and building custom homes—I bring a builder’s eye and a craftsman’s higher standard to every job site. In an industry where companies often send random, unvetted crews, we take a different approach. Every member of my team is personally trained by me to execute the specific details and high standards I have developed over decades.
They operate as a true extension of my expertise, ensuring you get consistent quality every time. My promise is simple: We treat every client with honesty, we build every project as if it were protecting my own family, and we remain dedicated to helping the most vulnerable in the communities we serve.

Brian Campanale
Owner
Brian is a third-generation builder who developed a passion for construction at an early age while working alongside his father. With deep roots in the industry and over 30 years of hands-on experience right here in New England, he brings both tradition and expert craftsmanship to every project.
When he isn’t on the job site, Brian can be found exploring the outdoors with his family. Whether he is seeking out the best camping spots, hiking mountain trails, or snowmobiling through winter landscapes, his love for adventure helps him recharge and create lasting memories with his family.

Paul Pacheco
Senior Project Manager
Paul Pacheco is a Senior Project Manager at Roof Roof New England, bringing over 45 years of hands-on construction experience to every project.
A licensed Construction Supervisor and master carpenter, Paul has spent his entire career in the field, mastering his craft and earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and problem-solving. From complex framing to detailed finish work, there’s nothing he hasn’t tackled — and nothing he’s not ready to take on.
What truly sets Paul apart is his passion. Even after four decades in the industry, he brings unmatched energy and focus to the job each day — because he genuinely loves what he does. That passion shows in his work, in the way he leads teams, and in the pride he takes in every completed project.
When he’s not on-site, Paul enjoys spending time on the golf course, where his focus and finesse serve him just as well as they do on the job.

Stewart Brown
Director of Marketing and Sales
With years of experience in high-level consultative sales and marketing, Stew brings a refreshing standard of professionalism to the home improvement industry.
Before joining the team, he spent 15 years in demanding, high-performance environments where attention to detail and absolute integrity were non-negotiable.
Today, he applies that same discipline to helping homeowners. Stew is here to educate. He is committed to ensuring you get clear, honest information and a solution that actually fits your needs. Passionate about raising the bar in an industry that can sometimes fall short, his goal is simple: to guide you through the process with confidence and care.
Off the Clock: Outside of work, Stew is a health and fitness enthusiast who finds peace at his family’s campground. He is also a devoted hockey dad—if he isn't inspecting a roof, you’ll likely find him in the stands cheering on his kids.

Amanda Jacobs
Office Manager
Amanda is the heart of our operations at Roof Roof New England. As Office Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—coordinating schedules, supporting the team, and ensuring every customer experience is top-notch. Her attention to detail and upbeat personality make her an invaluable part of the Roof Roof family.
When she’s not keeping it all in check, Amanda is a proud Disney fanatic. Whether it’s planning her next trip to the parks with her family or quoting her favorite movies, she brings a bit of Disney magic to everything she does.

Winnie
Chief Door Greater
Winnie takes her role as Chief Door Greeter very seriously—expect a warm welcome and zero personal space. A rescue with a heart of gold, she’s on a mission to collect all the pets, and she won’t rest (or leave your side) until her quota is met. Basically, she’s your new hip attachment.

Teddy perfected the art of food-snatching starting in 2015 and never really slowed down. A proud rescue from a Southern shelter, he ruled the roost in a lively household of four. Equal parts mischief and charm, Teddy lived by a simple motto: If it hits the floor, it’s mine.
At Roof Roof New England, every project helps support local animal shelters - something Teddy would have definitely approved of.

Our Community Commitment
At Roof Roof New England Roofing, our name is a play on words inspired by our favorite four-legged friends—but our mission goes much deeper. We believe that every living creature deserves a safe, dry, and warm place to call home.
That is why we established our "Roofing with a Purpose" initiative. With every roof project we complete, we provide support to local animal shelters across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. When you trust the professionals at RRNE, you aren't just getting a premium roofing system—you’re partnering with a company that believes in supporting their local community and helping the most vulnerable.
